In this role, you will act as a trusted partner between IT and business functions, ensuring alignment between organizational needs, business processes, and digital solutions. /p h3Tasks responsibilities /h3 ul liContribute to the governance and execution of the company’s digital transformation agenda, supporting strategic initiatives across multiple business functions. /li liCoordinate and facilitate cross‑functional initiatives related to projects’ implementation, process harmonization, and organizational change. /li liAnalyze and challenge existing business processes, identifying opportunities for standardization, simplification, and operational improvement. /li liLead and moderate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, testing activities, and decision‑making processes with international stakeholders. /li liEnsure successful execution of project activities including planning, prioritization, testing, training, go‑live, and post‑go‑live stabilization. /li liPromote user adoption and organizational readiness by supporting key users and facilitating collaboration across departments. /li liMonitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and critical topics, proactively driving mitigation and resolution actions.



/li liContribute to the coordination and alignment of internal and external resources involved in transformation initiatives. /li liAct as a change agent, influencing stakeholders across functions and driving business transformation initiatives. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liBachelor’s or master’s degree preferably in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, Economic or related field. /li li10+ years of experience in business transformation initiatives, or business process management within international environment. /li liProven experience coordinating cross‑functional projects and driving transformation initiatives in matrix organizations. /li liStrong knowledge of ERP systems and business processes, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Business Central / Navision. /li liLeadership attitude with the ability to coordinate activities, create alignment, and foster accountability also without direct reporting lines. /li liAbility to analyze business needs and translate them into clear requirements and actionable solutions, leveraging an internal process architecture framework. /li liStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a collaborative and pragmatic mindset. /li liAbility to facilitate discussions, align priorities, and support teams in dynamic and evolving environments. /li liStrong problem‑solving and analytical skills, structured and solution‑oriented working style. /li liFluent in English and either Italian or German. /li liBased in or willing to relocate to Bolzano. /li /ul h3Annual Gross Base Salary Range /h3 p45,000€ – 55,000€ + additional target premio of 5-10% of base salary. /p pCompensation for this role is based on skills, experience, qualifications, and job‑related responsibilities.
