/li liMonitor interface performance and coordinate issue resolution with IT and vendors. /li /ul h3Vendor Stakeholder Management /h3 ul liAct as the primary business contact for the TOS vendor. /li liCoordinate system enhancements and issue resolution. /li liMonitor vendor performance and support service improvements. /li /ul h3Reporting Training /h3 ul liEnsure operational data accuracy and KPI reporting. /li liDevelop user documentation and operating procedures. /li liTrain users and promote TOS best practices. /li liSupport change management and user adoption. /li /ul h3Authority /h3 ul liApprove TOS configuration changes. /li liManage user roles and permissions. /li liPrioritize business enhancement requests. /li liEscalate business-critical system issues. /li liCoordinate vendor support for major incidents. /li /ul h3Key Performance Measures /h3 ul liSystem availability /li liData accuracy /li liIncident resolution time /li liUser satisfaction /li liInterface availability /li liChange implementation success /li liMaster data quality /li liTOS utilization /li liVendor SLA performance /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3Education Experience /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Logistics, Information Systems, Operations Management, or equivalent experience. /li liMinimum 5 years of experience with Terminal Operating Systems in container or Ro-Ro terminals. /li liExperience in TOS administration, implementation, or business systems. /li liExperience with Navis N4, CyberLogitec, SPARCS, CATOS, Tideworks, or similar TOS platforms. /li liExperience supporting TOS implementation projects is an advantage. /li /ul h3Technical Skills Knowledge /h3 ul liAdvanced knowledge of Terminal Operating Systems. /li liBusiness process mapping and workflow design. /li liMaster data and user administration. /li liSystem interfaces and API concepts. /li liSQL and database fundamentals.
