**Posizione**:
Main responsibilities: - Plan, organise and lead the plant team to achieve the agreed objectives (safety, environment, quality, cost and service). Proactively drive focussed improvement.
- Lead and drive strategic initiatives that ensure alignment between market/customer needs and capacity, process capability and delivery through current manufacturing resources.
- Ensure development of plant management team and staff, through performance management, career development and succession planning and coaching.
- Collaborate with other functions and divisions driving continuous improvement.




- Ensure smooth operations by effectively managing employee and industrial relations building and maintain positive community relations. **Requisiti**:
**Skills**: - Leadership knowledge and experience in manufacturing operations with emphasis on lean and efficient workflow;
- Experience in production management & Lean projects implementation within preferably electronics, aeronautical, automotive, automation & mechanical environments is preferred.
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team, strong organizational and time management skills and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Fluent English is strictly requested.
