Working knowledge of using MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project, BIM360, Smart Sheet, and other related software.
- Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills are critical to success in this position.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels - Theoretical and practical knowledge of Lean techniques such as Kaizen or Six Sigma
- Technical expertise - Solution-driven approach to systems & processes - Experience with analytical tools and engineering software is desirable.
- Masters degree in (Industrial/Mechanical) Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to speak multiple languages including German, French, Polish, Arabic, Turkish, Afrikaans and Zulu is desriable
- The role will require 50% of time traveling either domestically within the country or to other EMEA countries
