We are looking for a Test Engineer to join our Engineering team and support the development, validation, and certification of industrial diesel engines and emission aftertreatment systems.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute engine and ATS development and validation testing.

Analyze test data, identify issues, and drive corrective actions.

Manage test plans, technical reports, and project milestones.

Support emissions, durability, reliability, and regulatory compliance activities (EPA, Stage V, etc.).

Coordinate testing activities with internal teams, suppliers, and external laboratories.

Support new product launches and continuous product improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or equivalent.

Required Skills

Knowledge of diesel combustion, emissions, ATS systems,



data acquisition, and calibration tools (AVL, ETAS).

Strong data analysis skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Experience with project planning tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, ClickUp, or similar.

3-5 years of experience in diesel engine testing and development.

Preferred Skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Effective communication and collaboration in an international environment.

Results-oriented mindset, technical ownership, and continuous improvement attitude.

Pay range and compensation package

Competitive compensation package.

Salary range: €45,000 - €70,000 gross annual salary, based on experience and qualifications. xpavfwm
