What you'll do
- Define and execute affiliate and influencer marketing strategies tailored to the Italian market.
- Manage daily operations including pipeline development, contract negotiation, and performance tracking.
- Analyze acquisition costs, profitability, and retention to provide actionable insights for growth.
- Report on channel performance during weekly and monthly steering meetings.
- Optimize marketing processes for tracking, attribution, and budget management.
- Ensure all content remains compliant with internal controls.
- Launch co-marketing campaigns and offline initiatives such as events and media placements.
- Coordinate with external experts to build brand awareness and thought leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or agency environments.
- 2+ years of direct experience managing affiliate and influencer programs.
- Proven ability to build and scale partner networks in Italy.
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data modeling.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
- Strong negotiation skills regarding CPA, CPL, and commission structures.
- Professional fluency in Italian and English.

Practical notes
- Salary range: 49,800 - 57,300 EUR gross annual salary.
- Classification: CCNL Commercio, 1st or 2nd level.
