- Team events **Your main duties**: - Lead, manage, and inspire the F&B; team to deliver memorable guest experiences aligned with the hotel’s lifestyle brand values
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all F&B; outlets, including breakfast, à la carte service, bar, and banqueting.
- Develop and implement F&B; strategies to increase revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Bar Manager to curate creative menus, seasonal offerings, and signature concepts
- Monitor quality and consistency of service and product presentation, ensuring adherence to brand standards
- Manage department budgets, forecasting, P&L;, inventory control, and cost optimization
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team with a culture of excellence, engagement, and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and legal regulations (HACCP).
- Actively engage with guests, respond to feedback, and use insights to improve services
- Coordinate with other departments (Sales, Events, Front Office) to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest journeys **Your Profile**: - **BE YOURSELF** - Be authentic and yourself
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an F&B; Manager or Assistant F&B; Manager in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment
- Strong understanding of lifestyle hospitality and current F&B; trends,



especially within the urban and international market
- Proven track record of team leadership, operational excellence, and financial acumen
- Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English (spoken and written)
- Passionate about guest service, team development, and innovation
