We are seeking Network Technicians to deliver onsite IT and network support services at the locations of a leading international retail client.

This is a freelance, on-demand opportunity, with assignments offered based on your location and availability.

Key Responsibilities

-

- Deliver onsite IT and network support at customer locations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve network and connectivity-related issues.

- Install, configure, and replace routers, switches, Wi‑Fi access points, and other IT hardware.

- Carry out hardware upgrades, maintenance, and break/fix support.

- Complete service reports and update support tickets following each onsite visit.

- Work closely with remote support teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Requirements

-

- At least 2 years of experience in onsite IT support or network support.

- Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Wi‑Fi, and VPN.





- Hands‑on experience with networking equipment from Cisco, HP, Aruba, Fortinet, or equivalent vendors.

- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

- Fluent in Italian.

- Good command of English (mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications

-

- CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or an equivalent networking certification.

- Previous experience providing IT support within retail stores or retail environments.
