Reporting to the Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, you'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and help improve reliability across the site. /p pYou’ll work closely with colleagues on shift, ensuring machinery is maintained, repaired, and ready to perform when it’s needed most. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pbWhat You’ll Do /b /p ul liCarry out routine, preventative, and breakdown maintenance on plant equipment /li liDiagnose mechanical faults and identify the root cause of failures /li liDismantle, repair, and reassemble machinery and components /li liOrganise maintenance activities efficiently, including selecting and checking spare parts /li liPropose practical improvement solutions and preventative measures to reduce downtime /li liComplete maintenance records accurately using Maximo CMMS, including hours worked, parts used, and technical notes /li liSupport larger maintenance activities where multiple technicians are required /li liMaintain tools, workshop equipment,
