In this role, you will be responsible for strategic planning, budget control, site selection, leasing, construction, compliance, and daily operations of outlets to ensure brand consistency, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and implement operational procedures for outlets in alignment with corporate policies. /li liLead annual outlet planning, including establishment, merger, and closure proposals. /li liManage outlet-related budgets (leasing, renovation, asset procurement) and monitor execution. /li liOversee end-to-end outlet projects: site selection, contract negotiation, renovation, and acceptance. /li liHandle leasing processes (new, renewal, termination) and asset management (leasing, procurement, physical inventory). /li liProcess expense reimbursements and payment applications for outlet-related costs. /li liConduct on-site management covering safety, cleanliness, fire protection, surveillance, branding, 6S, and staff conduct. /li liPerform regular inspections, random audits, and drive issue resolution. /li /ul h3Daily Work Scope /h3 ul liPolicy Communication: Promote and implement corporate outlet management guidelines and regional operational rules. /li liStrategic Planning: Coordinate annual regional outlet layout plans; collect and review business line demands; submit to HQ and track approval. /li liBudget Control: Prepare annual budgets (rental, renovation,



asset procurement); handle adjustments; monitor expenditures and perform variance analysis. /li liLeasing Execution: Conduct site surveys, price comparisons, lease negotiations, contract drafting, and internal reviews; manage renovation and asset deployment. /li liComprehensive Management: Maintain outlet licenses and certifications; supervise staff compliance; manage asset ledgers; handle expense reconciliation and invoice filing; oversee 6S, branding, safety, and emergency response. /li liInspection Rectification: Conduct monthly full-coverage inspections, quarterly random checks, and ensure timely closure of identified issues. /li /ul h3Reporting Frequency /h3 ul liPlanning: Annual plan with quarterly rolling updates. /li liBudget: Annual submission; monthly execution tracking; ad-hoc adjustments as needed. /li liInspections: Monthly full coverage; quarterly spot checks; rectification closed-loop within 1 week. /li liDocumentation: Maintain ledgers for assets, licenses, expenses, and inspection records. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience: Proven experience in outlet/retail operations, facility management, or service supervision. /li liStrong Project Management and Cross-Functional Coordination Skills. /li liSkills: Familiarity with budgeting, procurement, and contract management. /li liExcellent communication and negotiation abilities. /liliDetail-oriented with a strong sense of compliance and safety. /li liProficiency in MS Office and asset management. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
