Based in our Milan office, you will be a key player in defining and delivering high-quality solutions and architectures for our projects. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in merchant acquiring solutions, you will provide leadership in workshop discussions and liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and third parties. **What you will do**: - Lead workshop discussions to define solutions and architecture for projects
- Deliver requirement documents such as BRDs, SSDs, Solution Design Documents, RQMs, and Configuration Documents
- Review overall solutions for the program and ensure successful implementation
- Gather requirements, identify appropriate solutions, and assure prompt resolution of moderate to complex queries
- Interact effectively with various internal departments and third parties




- Track outstanding items related to solutions and migration
- Act as a consultant, understanding system parameters and options
- Identify systemic and business-impacting trends and escalate appropriately **What you will need to have**: - Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a renowned university and/or equivalent military experience
- Extensive knowledge of Merchant Acquiring Solutions on card platforms
- Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently towards personal and team goals
- Proficiency in Italian and English **What would be great to have**: - Technical skillset
- Experience in merchant migration
- Analytical skills with an understanding of industry metrics and trends
