By integrating innovation and experience, we tackle complex challenges with the goal of shaping a better world for everyone. /ppWe are seeking a Structural Engineer, or an Architect with a master’s degree in Structural Engineering, to join our team in Milanb. /b /ph3We are looking for a Structural Engineer to support a series of new projects, including: /h3ulliNumerous major Data Centre projects and campus’ master planning throughout Europe and the US. /liliDfMA (Design for Manufacturing Assembly) developments and studies. /liliPrecast Façade´s Projects. /liliDistribution centre's across the UK and Europe. /liliPharma, Process and laboratory facilities across the UK and Europe. /liliSome critical infrastructure major projects as Rail Stations or Airports. Our projects span a broad range of sectors and stages, all following Bryden Wood’s company ethos. /li /ulh3About the Role: /h3pThis is an opportunity for an ambitious and highly capable Structural Engineer with 2–5 years of experience to join our multidisciplinary team. It is required a very sound technical background on design principles for steel and concrete structures as well as foundations and retaining systems. The role includes the production of structural designs, calculations, interdisciplinary coordination, BIM models and graphic deliverables checks, as well as providing on-site technical assistance to contractors. /ph3Essential requirements: /h3ulliBachelor or Master degree on Engineering (Structural / Civil), Architecture, Building Engineering or country-origin equivalent.
/liliMinimum 1 year experience designing steel and concrete structures as well as foundations and earth retention structures. /liliExcellent communication skills in Italian and English, both written and verbal. /liliKnowledge of FEM softwares such as ROBOT, ETABS, or SAP 2000. /liliKnowledge of Italian structural regulations and Eurocodes. /liliExcellent organizational skills, self-motivated and able to take responsibility, able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks. /liliGood interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of an effective multinational and multicultural team. /liliCandidates must be fully entitled and legally eligible to work in Italy. /liliThe role is based in Milan and offers hybrid working arrangements. /li /ulh3WHY JOIN US? /h3ulliFull-time employment with CCNL Commercio.
