You will collaborate with both global and regional stakeholders to implement strategic learning programs, with responsibility for Performance Development and partnership on Succession Planning and Talent Reviews. A key part of the role is to manage and coach a Learning and Development team across multiple Central European countries, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will conduct training needs analyses, create tailored learning solutions for diverse employee populations, and oversee the development and delivery of leadership programs using blended learning methods. By leveraging data-driven insights, you will evaluate program impact and continuously improve learning effectiveness. You will also drive innovation in learning content, tools, and delivery formats, champion the adoption of new technologies, and work closely with HR and business leaders to embed learning into the organisational culture. Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations will be a consistent priority across all initiatives. **WHAT IF IT WAS YOU?** Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are required,



as is the ability to analyse data and translate insights into learning strategies. Experience in instructional design and training delivery, combined with technical proficiency in MS Office and Oracle Cloud, is also expected. **Preferred qualifications** include a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline, along with experience in change management and process improvement.
