Help us reshape our business and make a meaningful impact on various projec **Roles & Objectives** As an Intern you will be part of our Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Department (called internally OPEN+) for Philip Morris Manufacturing & Technology Bologna S.p.A. and will be reporting to a Global OPEN+ Manager. The position will be based in Bologna. Please include here a summary of the role's objectives/the general purpose of the internship. **Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in **KPI reporting** using Power BI and Excel (intermediate level required).




- Support and enhance tools for **process sustainability**, including basic Excel VBA scripting.
- Maintain and update **SharePoint** links and features to ensure accessibility and relevance.
- Collaborate with IT to manage **training material updates** through ticketing systems.
- Create and publish **knowledge checks** (quizzes) using designated software tools.
- Contribute to **Knowledge Management** by updating internal standards and documentation **Qualifications**
- Familiarity with **Power BI** and **Excel** (intermediate level).
- Basic understanding of **Excel VBA**.
- Experience or interest in **SharePoint** and digital collaboration tools.
