**Position**:
The Retail Merchandising Woman RTW Specialist will support the category in all the activities related to sales reports and forecasts, buying guidelines, assortment revisions, briefing documents and retail presentations. The resource will help coordinating the retail merchandising tasks at WW level to fully address business opportunities while maintaining brand consistency across collections and markets. **Job responsibilities**: - Analyze business performance KPIs (sell-through, sell-in, sell-out, best/slow sellers) to identify trends and opportunities.
- Monitor daily sales, develop forecasts, and provide sales/stock insights to management.
- Optimize stock levels across channels by proposing transfers, cancellations, and replenishments; balance stock between regions.
- Support merchandising team during buying campaigns, assisting in product assortment definition. Review orders and support local teams.
- Collaborate with Collection Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Planning, and Finance teams on cross-functional activities.
- Support the execution of sales forecasts and the definition of Retail master orders, working closely with Retail Planning and Visual Merchandising.
- Advise regional buyers during buying sessions and throughout the year.
- Research fashion market trends, including competitor pricing.
- Collect market feedback to inform future collections. **Profile**: - Degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience, if possible, in Retail Merchandising, Planning, Buying department of the fashion or luxury industry




- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power BI and Power Point)
- Analytical mindset, with passion for quantitative and qualitative deep dive on sales performance
- Strong relational skills, team working attitude and flexibility
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
