**We are looking for a Junior Project Manager (M/F/d) for Public Transport Systems** IVU Traffic Technologies Italia is looking for a Junior Project Manager to better support the increased number of customers. At IVU, we believe in the values of moral integrity, innovation, and commitment to excellence. **Your Role and Responsibilities**- **Requirement Analysis**: Identify, document, and analyze project requirements. This includes understanding customer needs, defining project goals, and translating this information into technical specifications- **Project Management**: Management and coordination of IT projects in the transportation sector- **Customer Care**: Understand customer’s problems and manage relationships with customers, answer their questions, and resolve any problems in a timely and professional manner- **Teamwork**: Collaboration with various teams to ensure the achievement of project objectives and provide regular and detailed updates to your manager on the progress of assigned tasks proactively,
