**About the position and our company**:
The Swiss-based _Tito & Friends holding group_ is an owner-managed group of companies in the market research, media tech and SaaS space, employing 220 people in 10 countries.
We are looking for a motivated **mid-level Financial Controller** to join a diverse backoffice team that values operational excellence, continuous self-development and cheerful teamwork.
You will work mainly remotely while collaborating closely with our CEO and the controlling team in our Vienna headquarters. We would particularly welcome applicants based in Italy or Greece. **You would**: - Communicate with internal stakeholders to collect internal planning data, process it, and import it into the internal controlling system; analyze such data for trends and insights.
- Coordinate with external accounting teams, collecting accounting data, processing it, and importing it into the internal controlling system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to drive financial planning, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Assist in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to support decision-making across our departments; provide insights and KPIs to the leadership team to guide decisions and improve profitability. **You can**: - Hold a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Have 3 years of experience in financial control, auditing, or a similar role.




- Demonstrate strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Be curious about the business behind numbers and be able to spot inconsistencies or inefficiencies
- Be proficient in financial software and Excel; experience with Lucanet is a premio.
- Communicate succinctly and constructively in English, written and oral. German skills at B2 level would be a strong advantage (but not an absolute requirement).
