- Have the opportunity to be involved in advanced AI projects, leveraging SDLC automation, Generative AI capabilities, and intelligent workflow orchestration to deliver scalable, production-grade solution. What you’ll bring: - Proven experience in leading end-to-end delivery of AI/ML solutions from ideation to production, including model design, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement in enterprise environments.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics or a related quantitative field; an advanced degree (MSc/PhD) is considered a plus.
- Previous experience mentoring data scientists/machine learning engineers and working closely with Product and Engineering to align AI solutions with concrete business objectives.
- Excellent knowledge of python coding, modern machine learning techniques (supervised, unsupervised, NLP, LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation), MCP servers, LLMOps practices, AI governance, and model observability.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear strategic direction, influence senior stakeholders, and drive adoption of AI solutions across multiple business units.




- Strong hands-on background in scalable AI platforms (cloud, streaming pipelines, vector DBs), prompt engineering / orchestration for LLM-based agents, and optimization of cost, latency, and quality.
- Familiarity with open-source products such as Langfuse, LiteLLM, and Neo4j is considered an asset.
- Fluency in English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with both executive and technical audiences.
- Expertise in secure code development, including privacy-by-design, access control, model safety, auditability, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
