We are looking for a Senior Project Manager. Reporting to the Programme Director, the successful candidate will join the team and bring 7+ years of experience, ideally gained within an agency environment similar to LePub.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and manage the execution of advertising and marketing projects across multiple platforms (digital, print, social, etc.)

- Serve as a key point of contact between internal teams and clients, ensuring alignment on project objectives, priorities, and deliverables

- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements

- Monitor the progress and performance of assigned projects, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks

- Facilitate regular status meetings and ensure clear and timely communication of project updates to all stakeholders

- Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, reports, and financial tracking throughout the project lifecycle

- Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and third‑party partners when needed, ensuring quality and timely delivery

- Support the management of multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity while maintaining high standards of execution

- Contribute to the optimization of project workflows, processes, and collaboration across teams

- Champion best practices in project management and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Qualities and Experience

- Strong understanding of creative development processes, production workflows, and integrated campaign delivery

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem‑solving, and organizational skills

- Proven ability to manage multiple high‑priority projects simultaneously, balancing competing deadlines and business needs

- Demonstrated experience working with cross‑functional teams, clients, and external partners in fast‑paced environments

- Strong ability to anticipate risks, manage dependencies, and drive projects through to successful completion

- High level of autonomy, accountability, and attention to detail, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure

- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, , Workfront, or similar platforms

- Experience with project budgeting, resource planning, and timeline management is considered a strong plus

- PMP, Prince2, Agile, or similar project management certification is a plus

Compensation

Annual Gross Salary Range (RAL) €47,000 – €52,000

- The salary range has been determined based on objective and neutral criteria, including role responsibilities, required competencies, organizational level, market benchmarks, and internal equity considerations.

- The indicated salary range is valid at the time of publication. The Company reserves the right to update it if necessary.
