Electrical Engineering or equivalent /li liMinimum 15 years of experience in Oil Gas projects /li liAt least 5 years of experience in PMC or Client‑side Interface Management roles /li liProven experience in EPC/EPIC project execution involving offshore, subsea, pipeline, and onshore facilities /li liStrong understanding of engineering, construction, commissioning, and project delivery processes /li liExperience with interface management tools and integrated project execution methodologies /li liKnowledge of risk‑based interface management and complex stakeholder coordination /li liFamiliarity with FIDIC and EPC contract structures, particularly interface‑related clauses /li liExcellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills /li liFluent written and spoken English /li /ul h3Compensation and Benefits /h3 ul lib€50.000 and €85.000 /b compensation range. The position is classified under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Trade and Services sector applied by our company. Placement within the salary range will be determined based on technical skills, specific experience in the role, and the outcomes of the selection process, according to objective and neutral criteria.
