workflows and cross-functional collaboration throughout the product creation process. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli7+ years experience in Color Design, preferably within the Outdoor, Sportswear or performance industry. /liliStrong understanding of color theory, material application and performance. /liliAbility to build commercially relevant and emotionally engaging color assortments. /liliProven track record of contributing to successful commercial collections. /liliGreat awareness of global markets, cultural differences and regional consumer preferences. /liliExcellent conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving. /liliStrong communication and presentation skills and ability to translate your ideas visually and verbally. /liliStrong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across multiple cross-functional and international teams. /liliGood understanding of retail, wholesale and line planning. /liliAbility to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced seasonal product calendar. /liliExcellent Adobe Creative Suite skills. /liliExperience with Coloro and/or color management systems. /liliFluent English required, Korean or Chinese is a strong plus. /liliPassion for outdoor culture, sports and active lifestyles. /liliAbility to travel both domestic and internationally. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
