The role ensures sound financial stewardship while helping shape business decisions and strategy for Italy and, potentially, additional European markets in the future. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as the primary Finance Business Partner to the General Manager and commercial leadership team, providing financial insights, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations to support revenue growth, profitability, and achievement of business objectives. /li liLead budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and financial modelling processes, ensuring alignment between financial targets and business strategy. /li liProvide timely and accurate business performance reporting, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to local, regional, and functional stakeholders to support effective decision-making. /li liAnalyze commercial and financial performance through KPI monitoring, profitability analysis,



customer and category performance reviews, and variance analysis to identify growth opportunities and risks. /li liDrive cash flow performance and working capital optimization through effective forecasting, receivables management, inventory oversight, and liquidity planning. /li liEnsure compliance with local statutory requirements and Sunstar policies, coordinating with outsourced accounting providers, auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities. /li liStrengthen financial governance, internal controls, and risk management processes to safeguard company assets and support sustainable business growth. /li liLead finance-related transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging systems and digital tools (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, BI solutions) to improve efficiency, reporting quality, and business insights. /li liManage and develop the local finance team, fostering a high-performance culture, building capabilities, and ensuring business continuity. /li liContribute as a member of the local leadership team, supporting broader organizational initiatives and sharing responsibility for selected administrative or operational matters typical of a lean and agile business environment.
