Minor Hotels Europe & Americas invites experienced hospitality professionals to join Tivoli Hotels & Resorts as a Rooms Division Manager based in Milano, Italy. This is a full‑time, on‑site position with strong opportunities for career development in a global luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Leadership & Excellence in Operations
- Orchestrate all operational and administrative functions of the Rooms Division.
- Optimize room occupancy, revenue metrics, and departmental costs.
- Monitor guest satisfaction scores and reputation indexes.
- Conduct periodic inspections of rooms and public spaces.

- Service Standards & Quality Assurance (LQA Governance)

- Act as the internal authority for LQA benchmarks.
- Perform regular audits across Front Office, Housekeeping and Guest Relations.
- Translate audit findings into corrective action plans.

- Elite Training & Talent Development

- Create and implement bespoke training curricula.
- Facilitate workshops on luxury service and LQA compliance.
- Coach department heads to build high‑performing teams.

- Immersive Guest Experience Management

- Serve as brand ambassador in public and operational areas.
- Resolve complex guest grievances with diplomacy.
- Design and implement upselling strategies to enhance ancillary revenue.

- Elite Team Management & Synergy

- Align and elevate Rooms Division teams.
- Develop precise scheduling and staffing plans.
- Promote cross‑departmental collaboration.
- Set performance metrics and career progression paths.





Qualifications
- Minimum five years of progressive leadership in Rooms Division or Operations at upscale or ultra‑luxury properties.
- Mandatory proven expertise in LQA and Leading Hotels of the World standards.
- Experience in staff training, curriculum design, or coaching within luxury hotels.
- Strong focus on quality orientation and aesthetic detail.
- Advanced analytical and financial acumen for translating KPIs into profitable workflows.
- Demonstrated inspirational leadership and conflict mediation skills.
- Exceptional written and spoken communication in English; proficiency in a second language highly desirable.

Compensation

Gross annual salary starting at €39000, commensurate with experience and seniority.
