ph3About the Role /h3pWe are currently looking for a Health Safety - Standards, Compliance Reporting Specialist, who will be based in Alba. By covering this role, you will ensure /ppfull legal and Ferrero compliance, drive audit management activities, support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the deployment of Health Safety projects and programs. You will connect governance, data analysis, systems and execution into one clear operating model, ensuring a standardized approach to Health Safety management across all activities in Italy, including production sites and business units. Through your work, you will help protect the business, strengthen the safety culture and enable sustainable performance. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3pAs bHealth Safety - Standard, Compliance Reporting Specialist /b, part of your responsibilities will be monitoring and tracking bchanges in Health Safety regulations and industry standards relevant to the business /b, proposing actions to senior regional and plant stakeholders to bmaintain full legal and regulatory compliance and ensuring audit-proof documentation /b. You will maintain relationships with relevant authorities and support the management of audits and visits. You will implement and bdevelop internal Health Safety processes in alignment with Group policies and procedures, define standards, templates and tools that promote lean ways of working and ensure consistency and quality across Health Safety activities /b. You will plan, bcoordinate and conduct Regional Health Safety audits across all sites /b, assessing the effectiveness of Health Safety management systems and verifying the implementation of mandatory programs and procedures. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of audit methodologies,
protocols and assessment tools, prepare audit reports, communicate findings, align with site leadership teams and monitor the timely closure and effectiveness of corrective actions. In addition, you will banalyze recurring audit findings to identify improvement opportunities at regional level /b. Part of your tasks, will be bcontinuously develop the Italian Health Safety management system /b, define governance structures and maintain related documentation while ensuring consistent deployment of Group procedures across plants. You will provideb regular performance updates and reports, develop KPIs, dashboards /b and inputs for management reviews and support the implementation of lean ways of working within the Health Safety team. Last but not least, you will also bprepare Group and Regional Health Safety initiatives /b and programs for deployment across plants, translate strategy into clear plans, priorities and actions, monitor implementation, ensure the full deployment of Group tools and systems and develop local systems and dashboards whenever needed to meet local requirements. /ph3About You /h3pYou will bring your Master’s Degree in Engineering, Safety Prevention Techniques, or a similar academic background, together with bprevious experience in Health Safety activities /b within complex industrial environments.
/ppYou have completed an bISO 45001 Auditor course /b and bring a proactive mindset, curiosity, strong communication skills and a versatile approach to your work. /ppYou are able to work across governance, compliance, data analysis, systems and operational execution, collaborating with different stakeholders and ensuring consistent Health Safety standards across the organization. /ppAs a strong communicator, you are fluent in Italian and English. /ph3What We Offer /h3pThe role is classified at Level 2° under the National Collective Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Industria Alimentare). The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is €36.910.
