ph3Job Overview /h3 pActs as the central coordination point between Stellantis European organisation and our partner, across the G10 markets, ensuring the consistent deployment of regional strategies and initiatives, driving market performance, and fostering effective communication, governance, and best‑practice sharing. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate activities across multiple European markets. /li liMonitor market KPIs, performance, and business targets. /li liPrepare management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations. /li liLead governance meetings, steering committees, and cross‑functional workshops. /li liEnsure alignment between central functions (Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, Finance, Digital/ICT) and local market teams. /li liSupport rollout of new programs, processes, digital tools, and commercial initiatives. /li liIdentify risks, escalation points, and corrective actions. /li liDrive adoption of regional standards while considering local market requirements. /li liSupport change management, training, and communication activities. /li /ul h3Your Qualifications, Skills and Experience /h3 ul li10 years of experience in automotive with exposure to Sales Marketing, Aftersales and Business Performance. /li liExperience working with multinational or regional European organizations. /li liExposure to digital transformation, CRM,
