Your Tasks We are looking for a highly motivated and analytically driven Supply Chain Trainee to join our team in Milan. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of operations, data, and digital innovation, supporting the automation and structuring of key operational activities across Customer Service, Logistics, and VAS (Value-Added Services). The trainee will play an active role in improving existing processes and designing new ones, also in preparation for upcoming regulatory requirements, contributing to the digital evolution of a fast-growing international organization.

Key Responsibilities Analyze and map current operational processes across Customer Service, Logistics and VAS Identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities in daily operations Support the design and implementation of automated workflows and tools (e.g. using Power Automate) Develop and maintain data models and dashboards (Excel, Power Query, Power BI) Contribute to the creation of new processes aligned with regulatory and compliance requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Sales, IT)
