ph3Job Overview /h3pYour mission will be to ensure the achievement of commercial targets (volume, mix, market share, profitability) optimizing both sell-in and sell-out actions, by the Dealers within their assigned area for the Leapmotor brand. /ph3Your Responsibilities /h3ulliOrganize regular meetings with the Dealership managers /liliMonitor monthly the evolution of the business scenario within the territory: customer demand, competitors' activities, etc. /liliAnalyze the business KPIs of the Dealer: product stock, invoices, etc. /liliDrive forward the Annual General Commercial Policy /liliSupport Dealers in planning and executing the sell-out actions needed to maximize Dealer effectiveness, sales potential and commercial policy earnings as issued by the National Sales Company /liliGrant consistency between the sell-in and the sell-out plan with a focus on preventing and managing aged stock /liliMonitor the invoices/registrations level and support Dealer in planning and executing recovery actions; /liliDrive forward B2B PC activities of the Dealership /liliMonitor Quality KPI /liliWork with the Dealership when new models are launched (or product event) /liliDrive the Dealership forward in their CRM and digital activities /liliWork with the Dealership in their operational marketing actions /liliIdentify the Dealers' needs in terms of organization, processes, training of sales force, etc.
