ppWe are currently supporting a leading international developer in the search for an experienced EHS Manager to support the delivery of a flagship hyperscale data center campus in Italy. /p pThis is an exciting client side opportunity to play a key role in delivering one of Europe's most significant AI-ready data center developments, working closely with project leadership, contractors and the wider EHS team to drive exceptional safety performance across the project. /p h3The Key Responsibilities of the EHS Manager: /h3 ul liLead day-to-day Health, Safety Environmental activities across a major data center project. /li liPartner with contractors and project teams to drive a proactive safety culture. /li liMonitor site activities to ensure compliance with company standards and local legislation. /li liCarry out inspections, audits and incident investigations where required. /li liCoach and support site teams to continually improve HSE performance. /liliEnsure effective reporting, monitoring and communication of HSE performance.



/li liPromote continuous improvement and best practice across the project. /li /ul h3The EHS Manager will have: /h3 ul liWe're ideally seeking candidates who are fluent in Italian and have previous experience working within the Italian construction market. An established right to work in the EU is preferred. /li liProven experience within a Health Safety leadership role on major construction or engineering projects. /li liA strong understanding of electrical infrastructure, MEP or commissioning activities. /li liExperience working on data center, power, utilities, industrial or energy projects would be highly advantageous. /li liA recognised Health Safety qualification (e.g. ASPP RSPP, NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent). /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liIdeally based in Italy or with previous experience working within the Italian construction market, although this is preferred rather than essential. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
