As a Senior Product Manager at DAZN, you lead the strategy and execution of high-impact digital products across markets. You’ll bridge local market needs with global product priorities, guiding discovery, delivery, and optimisation. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn customer insights into measurable business outcomes, shaping experiences for millions of fans. The role combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

- Own strategy, discovery, prioritisation, and delivery of high-impact product initiatives from concept to launch and optimisation
- Define product vision and roadmap aligned with DAZN strategic objectives and customer outcomes
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Commercial, Legal, Customer Service, Operations, Finance, and regional teams
- Advocate for the customer while balancing local market opportunities with global priorities and technical constraints
- Use customer research, experimentation, analytics,



and A/B testing to inform decisions and improve experiences
- Develop robust business cases, success metrics, and evaluate investments by impact and value
- Build relationships with external partners (operators, OEMs, payment providers, telcos) to unlock propositions
- Influence stakeholders at all levels, clearly communicating strategy, roadmaps, trade-offs, and impact
- Significant experience in Product Management, preferably in streaming, consumer tech, media, or e-commerce
- Proven track record leading complex digital products from strategy to launch with measurable commercial impact
- Strong strategic thinking translating business objectives into product direction xysqume
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills using data and customer insights
- Outstanding stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership
- Experience managing ambiguity and prioritising amid customer value, commercial opportunity, and technical complexity
- Experience in agile organisations with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and leadership, coaching others and fostering collaboration across teams
