- Lead international, large-scale battery plant projects from planning to delivery

- Coordinate activities across engineering, production, and purchasing to meet specs and deadlines

- Monitor timelines, costs, and quality; identify issues and propose corrective actions





- Define and track project budgets, and manage financial performance

- Coordinate internal departments and external suppliers from pre-sales to handover

- Interface with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution

- Lead project progress meetings and prepare technical documentation and reports

- Bachelor in Industrial Engineering

- Several xysqume years of experience managing complex projects in globally operating metalworking/engineering companies

- Experience in battery production sector is highly preferred

- Solid knowledge in business management and management control
