Manager / Team Leader
As Senior Marketing Director for the Molecular Franchise in EMEA, you will translate global molecular strategy into regional priorities and lead cross-country execution. You’ll manage a regional team, drive launches, and consolidate market insights to influence global planning. You will act as a strategic connector between global and local marketing, ensuring aligned, localized market activation. This role offers influence across a matrix organization and the chance to shape molecular diagnostics growth across 8 clusters in EMEA.

- Cascading and regionalizing global Molecular strategy for EMEA with clear priorities
- Coordinate regional launches using the Launch Excellence framework and ensure market readiness
- Gather and synthesize Voice of Customer to inform global strategy and product development
- Support local teams with consistent, locally relevant marketing execution and elevate blockers
- Lead regional collaboration between Global Product & Market Management and cluster marketing teams
- Drive cross-functional alignment, internal communications, and reduce duplicated effort
- Identify opportunities to centralize marketing activities for scale and efficiency
- Lead and develop the regional Molecular Marketing team, influencing without direct authority
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Business, or related discipline
- 7–10 years of progressive marketing/commercial experience in the IVD industry
- Strong experience in the Molecular market
- Experience in regional/cross-country roles and in matrix, multicultural environments xysqume
- proven managerial ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
- Track record in successful product launches, franchise management, or portfolio ownership
- Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and ability to translate insights into priorities
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English; other European languages advantageous
