The Pipeline Welding Operator is responsible for high-quality welding on pipeline with approved welding procedures and safety requirements. With good welding skills with the manual welding processes (GTAW, SMAW, FCAW on Carbon steel materials and stainless steel materials), you will be assigned onshore at our fabrication yards or offshore on our laying vessels (worldwide position). /p h3How can you support us? /h3 ul liProven experience as welder with welding skills with GTAW, SMAW, and FCAW welding processes /li liAbility to weld in required positions, including 5G,



2G and 6G where applicable /li liAbility to perform weld repairs with manual welding processes /li /ul pExperience as pipeline welder is an added positive experience, otherwise experience on piping plant. /p pPossession of Welder Qualification certificates. /p h3What are we looking for? /h3 pbEducation: /b Welder trained in Welding school with several welding processes (GTAW, SMAW, FCAW as minimum), on carbon steel and stainless-steel materials, several welding positions (2G, 5G, 6G), capable to perform welding repairs including gouging. /p pbBackground: /b First experience profile is acceptable demonstrating a good level of welding in manual welding processes (GTAW, SMAW, FCAW) with Welder qualifications certificates. /p pbLanguages: /b English speaking, reading, writing. /p h3What else should you know? /h3 pThe activity will start with an intensive training on Saipem Welding systems – GMAW- used for the welding of pipeline in our Pipeline Technologies Center in Romania.
