To support the continued growth of its MA activities, we are looking for a bVice President – Technology MA /b who will play a pivotal role in originating, executing and managing complex cross-border transactions within the technology sector. /p pThe successful candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with commercial acumen, working alongside senior investment professionals, founders, management teams and external advisors on acquisitions, disposals, mergers, carve-outs and strategic investments. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the execution of end-to-end MA transactions across the European technology ecosystem. /li liCoordinate financial, commercial, legal, tax and operational due diligence processes. /li liDevelop sophisticated financial models, valuation analyses (DCF, trading comparables, precedent transactions and LBO analyses where appropriate) and investment materials. /li liPrepare investment memoranda, board presentations and transaction documentation. /li liManage negotiations alongside senior stakeholders, external advisors and counterparties. /li liBuild and maintain relationships with founders, CEOs, investment bankers, private equity firms, venture capital funds and strategic corporates. /li liIdentify and evaluate acquisition opportunities aligned with the company's investment strategy. /li liMonitor market trends across software, fintech, AI, cybersecurity, digital infrastructure, cloud, data, IT services and other technology verticals. /li liMentor junior team members and contribute to the development of internal best practices.
