The role focuses on capacity optimization and workforce saturation, ensuring that manufacturing resources are fully and efficiently utilized, independently from product typology (collections or permanent products). The Planning Specialist acts as a key operational bridge between central planning inputs and manufacturing execution. /p h3AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES /h3 ul liConsolidate collection and permanent product plans into a single, integrated production demand for the production poles /li liDevelop and maintain short-, mid-, and long-term production schedules aligned with available capacity /li liPrioritize production sequencing to ensure optimal manpower saturation and line efficiency /li liContinuously update schedules in response to demand changes, capacity variations, or operational constraints /li liAct as the primary planning counterpart for the assigned production pole /li liWork closely with pole production planners to validate feasibility, sequencing, and workload distribution /li liSupport the production poles in managing capacity constraints,
