The position will work closely with both local and international leadership teams. /p p This is a highly visible leadership opportunity, ideal for professionals who want to make a tangible impact on the strategic direction of a global manufacturing organization. /p pb Key Responsibilities /b /pulli Define, implement and continuously develop the Environment, Health Safety strategy across the assigned manufacturing sites. /lili Ensure full compliance with applicable national and European regulations relating to health, safety, environmental protection and risk management. /lili Serve as the appointed b RSPP (Health Safety Prevention and Protection Service Manager) /b in accordance with Italian legislation. /lili Support Plant Managers and site leadership teams in identifying operational risks and developing effective improvement plans. /lili Coordinate internal audits, compliance assessments and regulatory inspections. /lili Manage non-compliance issues by defining, implementing and monitoring corrective action plans. /lili Promote a proactive safety culture through training, awareness initiatives and capability development.



/lili Ensure the effectiveness and continuous improvement of certified management systems, including b ISO 14001 /b and b ISO 45001 /b . /lili Drive the implementation and sharing of EHS best practices and standardized procedures across multiple manufacturing locations. /lili Partner with Engineering, Operations, Human Resources, Finance and other business functions to integrate EHS principles into operational and investment decisions. /lili Build and maintain effective relationships with regulatory authorities, certification bodies and external stakeholders. /lili Support EHS capital investment planning by contributing to budget preparation and project prioritization. /lili Monitor EHS performance through KPIs and provide regular reporting to senior management. /lili Provide functional leadership to local EHS professionals across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring consistency in standards, governance and continuous improvement initiatives. /li /ul pb Candidate Profile /b /pp We are seeking an experienced EHS professional with a proven track record in complex multinational industrial environments, combining strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities and strategic vision. /p pb Requirements /b /pulli Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health Safety, Prevention Techniques, or another relevant scientific or technical discipline. /lili Qualification to act as b RSPP /b under Italian legislation. /lili At least b7–10 years' experience /b in senior EHS leadership roles within structured manufacturing organizations.
