We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our new badidas Originals store in Via del Babuino /b, one of the most iconic shopping destinations in the city. /p h3Your Role and Impact /h3 pAs bAssistant Store Manager /b, you will play a key role in driving store performance by supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations and execution of retail standards. You will help create a high performing, consumer focused environment by leading the team on the shop floor, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a premium adidas experience. /p pYou will act as a role model, motivating and developing your team while contributing to a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including sales, customer service, replenishment, inventory, and compliance /li liLead by example on the sales floor, ensuring a premium consumer experience and strong service culture /li liMotivate, coach, and develop team members to achieve store targets and grow their capabilities /li liDrive execution of store processes and standards to ensure smooth and efficient operations /li liSupport recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hires /li liMonitor and analyze store KPIs,
