BOTTEGA VENETA Sustainability Performance & Engagement Manager

In this role you will lead sustainability reporting, governance, and engagement to embed ESG requirements into business actions. You will partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, regulatory compliance, and effective sustainability communication. The position focuses on driving a culture of sustainability across the organization and supporting the House's priorities in a global luxury context.

- Lead sustainability reporting and ESG disclosures ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Oversee governance frameworks and data governance for sustainability initiatives
- Drive sustainability engagement, training, and change management across the organization




- Develop tools and materials to strengthen sustainability knowledge for retail teams and clients
- Embed sustainability into fashion shows, events, and external partnerships
- Represent Sustainability in cross-functional forums and influence stakeholders
- Support evolution of the sustainability roadmap and priorities
- 7-10 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, or related fields
- Strong expertise in sustainability reporting, ESG disclosures, xysqume and regulations
- Analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives in international environments
- Comfortable engaging with senior leadership and presenting at executive level
