We seek a passionate, proactive and self‑driven member to bring change and leadership, embodying our Own It core behaviours: Zero Distance, Agility, Entrepreneurship, Ecosystem and Build Trust. /p h3Job Posting Title /h3 pTreasury Senior Specialist /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liLead treasury projects from initiation to post‑implementation review. /li liDefine project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones and deliverables in alignment with business requirements. /li liCoordinate cross‑functional stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, Tax, IT, Procurement, Legal and external banking partners. /li liManage project governance, risk assessments, issue resolution and status reporting to senior management. /li liEnsure timely delivery of projects within scope, budget and quality expectations. /li liDevelop and maintain project documentation, process maps, business requirements and implementation plans. /li liSupport and optimise global cash management structures and banking relationships. /li liMonitor cash positioning, liquidity forecasting and working capital initiatives. /li liIdentify opportunities to improve cash visibility and centralise treasury activities. /li liAssist in the implementation and enhancement of cash pooling, in‑house banking, and payment factory structures. /li liLead Treasury Management System (TMS, Piteco, SAP) implementation and enhancement projects. /li liCoordinate bank connectivity initiatives, including SWIFT, host‑to‑host and payment platforms. /li liSupport ERP integration projects impacting treasury processes. /li liDrive automation and process standardisation initiatives across treasury operations. /li liCollaborate with IT teams to define system requirements, testing plans and deployment activities.
