The portfolio covers grid interconnection, offshore wind export systems and major utility programmes with multi-hundred-million euro contract values and tight delivery timelines. As Contract Manager, you will safeguard the company's contractual position throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with Project Directors, Procurement, Legal and Finance to manage change, claims and compliance across an active portfolio. /p h3What you will do /h3 ul liManage EPC contracts through execution and warranty phases (amendments, variations, renewals) /li liLead change orders, claims,



back charges and penalty‑related matters end‑to‑end /li liAdvise project teams on FIDIC / NEC contractual obligations, risks and entitlements /li liTrack milestones, notices and contractual deadlines to maintain full compliance /li liDrive contract close‑out, certificates, acceptances and documentation packages /li /ul h3What you bring /h3 ul li3 to 5 years' experience as Contract Manager, Legal Counsel or equivalent project‑driven role /li liTrack record in EPC contract negotiation, amendments, claims and change management /li liWorking knowledge of FIDIC and / or NEC contract suites /li liExperience in energy, infrastructure or construction (HVDC / HVAC / submarine cable a strong plus) /li liFluent German and English (mandatory).
