For our Headquarters, we are currently seeking a Sr Tax Specialist to join our Shared Service Center, a dynamic and fast-paced international environment supporting multiple countries.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive professional, supporting the domestic and international tax matters of the Group's companies and contributing to tax compliance, advisory activities and international tax projects within a structured shared service model.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Prepare and update transfer pricing documentation for Group entities.

✔ Support the implementation of intercompany policies across the Group and liaise with external advisors.

✔ Manage international tax matters, including double tax treaties, foreign tax credits and cross-border transactions.

✔ Handle ordinary tax compliance activities, including tax returns (IRES, IRAP, VAT, WHT and periodic filings).

✔ Support tax accounting activities and the preparation of tax budgets and forecasts.

✔ Provide day-to-day tax advisory support to internal stakeholders, including Finance, Legal, Controlling and foreign entities.

✔ Monitor developments in domestic and international tax regulations.

Requirements

Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or related fields. Qualification as Dottore Commercialista is a plus.





3-5 years of experience gained in a tax consulting firm (Big Four or structured professional firms) or within the tax function of an international company.

Good level of English.

Knowledge of international taxation and transfer pricing.

Advanced Excel skills;

experience with ERP systems and tax compliance software is considered a plus.

Analytical mindset, attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently, combined with a collaborative approach and strong stakeholder management skills.

The company applies the National Collective Labor Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Alimentare Industria). The gross annual salary ranges between € 40.000 and € 50.000 and is determined according to objective and neutral criteria, linked to the requirements of the role and the candidate’s profile, in line with the principles of fairness, transparency, and equal opportunities.

Dual work location option: Trieste (Headquarters) or Milan (our offices)
