Role Description This full-time, on-site Senior Stocker role at Elvem srl is located in Cartigliano and focuses on ensuring efficient and accurate handling of inventory within the warehouse and storage areas.

The Senior

Stocker is responsible for receiving, unpacking, and organizing goods, restocking shelves and storage locations, and maintaining clear, safe aisles and workspaces. This role oversees stock levels, identifies discrepancies, and coordinates with supervisors and colleagues to support smooth daily operations and timely order fulfillment.

The Senior

Stocker may also guide junior team members, support process improvements, and use inventory systems and basic warehouse equipment to complete tasks safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

- Experience in stock management, warehouse operations, and inventory handling in a similar role.
- Ability to organize, label, and maintain stock locations to ensure efficient retrieval and restocking.




- Competence in using basic warehouse tools and equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) and following safety procedures.
- Basic skills in using inventory or ERP systems, scanners, and other digital tools to track stock movements.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting, recording, and verifying incoming and outgoing goods.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with supervisors, colleagues, and other departments.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move goods, and perform repetitive tasks safely.
- Previous experience in a senior or lead stocker position is preferred; familiarity with manufacturing or industrial environments is an advantage.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe work area.
