Global Director of Logistics & Fulfilment

As Global Director of Logistics & Fulfillment, you will design and scale the Parcels logistics engine—from inbound to last-mile delivery and lead a global team to meet aggressive growth. You will define the end-to-end fulfillment strategy, build a partner ecosystem, and drive performance improvements at scale in a fast-moving, agile environment. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to enable cost-efficient, reliable delivery while reducing food waste. You’ll work across functions to align operators, commercial goals, and product initiatives, delivering measurable impact at scale.

- Build and scale a best-in-class fulfillment network, covering inbound to warehouse, repack/kitting, inventory, pick/pack, carrier handoff, last-mile, and returns/claims.
- Architect and execute a logistics strategy that drives cost efficiency, service quality, and international growth.
- Operate effectively in ambiguity: structure quickly, make trade-offs, and iterate as we scale.
- Own and manage the 3PL and carrier ecosystem: evaluate, onboard, negotiate terms, and govern performance.
- Define operational standards: facility design, processes, SOPs, WMS/data integration,



ERP migrations, and capacity planning.
- Lead quarterly/annual business reviews; monitor partner SLAs and drive corrective actions.
- Drive S&OP;, planning, and inventory discipline; align demand and supply planning with capacity constraints.
- Build dashboards and rhythms to increase transparency and speed decisions across markets.
- Lead a global logistics organization; empower local leaders and collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Product, Finance, Projects/CI, and Ops.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives (carrier transitions, new country launches, peak readiness, system implementations, process changes).
- Experience in senior logistics/fulfillment leadership, preferably in e-commerce, food delivery, meal kits, retail, or food/CPG supply chain.
- Proven ability to build and manage multi-country logistics operations with multiple 3PLs and carrier partners.
- Strong track record in warehouse process design and optimization (pick/pack, repack/kitting, layout, capacity planning).
- Experience with cross-border and pan-European parcel networks is a strong advantage.
- Experience in a global matrix organization is a plus.
