ph3Program Overview /h3 ul liOMLP is a 2‑year development program consisting of: Three 8‑month rotational assignments that allow members to have hands‑on leadership experience and build supply chain technical management skills across Avio Aero’s plants in Italy. /li liGlobal trainings to become proficient in lean operations supply chain management. /li liLeadership Personal Development coursework to develop leadership skills and build connections with GE Aerospace Development Program members throughout the world. /li liCollaborate with Assignment Leader in setting and achieving realistic and challenging goals. /li liPlan and perform assigned tasks aligned to the business’s priorities and core tenets of safety, quality, inventory, and productivity (SQDC). /li liDemonstrate ability to understand and apply operational and technical fundamentals in the business environment using analytical and problem‑solving skills. /li liDevelop cooperation and teamwork while leading diverse groups in the development and implementation of team goals. /li liGenerate innovative ideas and apply change best practices to ensure impact of key initiatives. /li liParticipate in Kaizen events and learn apply lean with a focus on continuous improvement. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMaster’s Degree in Aeronautical or Aerospace, Mechanical, Energy, Materials Engineering from an accredited University or college. /li liPrevious junior experience (e.g., co‑op, intern),
