Excellence, innovation and sustainability are the drivers behind our growth as a company and team. /p /brpWe are looking for a bProgram Management Engineer – CAE PMO Office /b to join our team based in bCastel Maggiore /b (BO). /p /brh3MISSION /h3 /brpThe candidate will join the CAE PMO department with a primary focus on supporting program and project management activities across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring structured execution from opportunity phase to delivery. /p /brpThe role will involve planning, coordination, governance, and performance monitoring of projects, working closely with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. /p /brpThe candidate will progressively take ownership of project/program coordination, contributing to timelines, risk management, and delivery performance, in a structured growth path toward a Program Manager role. /p /brh3MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 /brh3Project Program Management (main focus) /h3 /brul /br liSupport the definition and maintenance of project and program plans (timelines, milestones, deliverables) /li /br liCoordinate multiple projects in parallel, ensuring alignment with priorities and available resources /li /br liMonitor project execution vs. plan (timing, scope, deliverables) /li /br liTrack KPIs, milestones, and critical paths, highlighting deviations /li /br liIdentify,



assess, and track risks and issues, supporting mitigation actions /li /br liPrepare project status reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders /li /br liSupport governance routines (project reviews, gate meetings, escalation flows) /li /br liEnsure consistency and alignment across projects within the program /li /br /ul /brh3Cross-functional Leadership Coordination /h3 /brul /br liAct as a central coordination point between RD, Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Sales /li /br liFacilitate decision‑making processes by structuring inputs and organizing technical/operational data /li /br liEnsure clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders /li /br liSupport conflict resolution and prioritization across functions /li /br liPromote a structured, process‑driven project approach /li /br /ul /brh3Project Lifecycle Delivery Support /h3 /brul /br liSupport the transition from RFQ / opportunity phase to project execution /li /br liEnsure traceability between customer requirements, quotation assumptions, and project deliverables /li /br liContribute to scope definition and change‑management processes /li /br liSupport the management of project documentation and configuration baseline /li /br /ul /brh3Opportunity RFQ Contribution (supporting role)



/h3 /brul /br liContribute to early‑stage feasibility and effort evaluations /li /br liSupport the collection of technical inputs for quotations /li /br liEnsure alignment between quotation assumptions and execution constraints /li /br /ul /brh3REQUIREMENTS /h3 /brul /br liBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronic, or Management Engineering) or equivalent /li /br liStrong interest in project/program management and structured execution environments /li /br liGood knowledge of Office tools (especially Excel) /li /br liFamiliarity with project planning tools (Gantt, MS Project or similar) /li /br liAbility to understand technical documentation (BOMs, drawings, specifications) /li /br liStrong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills /li /br liStructured, analytical mindset with a problem‑solving approach /li /br liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills /li /br liCommand of the English language (B1–B2 level) /li /br liInitial experience (1–2 years) in project or program management environments (nice to have) /li /br /ul /brh3COMPENSATION PACKAGE /h3 /brpThe annual compensation range for this position is €35,000 - €42,000, with additional benefits.
