Dolomiti Dynamics is looking for an Italian-speaking Sales & Marketing Assistant to support the development of our general aviation activities in Italy.

This is an entry-level opportunity suitable for students, recent graduates, young aviation enthusiasts and candidates who would like to gain their first professional experience in aviation, sales and marketing.

Previous aircraft sales experience is not required. We are looking for a reliable, communicative and well-organised person with a genuine interest in aviation, technology and customer relationships.

Dolomiti Dynamics represents Aerospool and the WT9 Dynamic in Italy and Luxembourg. We combine aircraft sales and market development with technical expertise in aircraft configuration, avionics, systems integration and alpine operations.

Your responsibilities

- Research prospective customers, flight schools, flying clubs and aviation partners
- Support first customer contact and follow-up communication in Italian
- Maintain lead and customer information in our CRM system
- Assist with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and marketplace content
- Prepare and adapt sales material, advertisements and presentations
- Support the organisation of customer meetings, events and demonstration flights
- Help with market and competitor research
- Coordinate appointments, enquiries and internal follow-up activities
- Assist with quotations, aircraft configuration information and sales documentation
- Work closely with the founder and technical management of Dolomiti Dynamics

Your profile
- Native-level or professionally fluent Italian
- Good working knowledge of English




- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Interest in aviation, aircraft technology or technically sophisticated products
- Confidence using digital tools, social media and standard office applications
- Reliable, self-directed and willing to learn
- Comfortable contacting prospective customers by email, phone and LinkedIn
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Italy

Advantageous, but not required
- Pilot licence or current flight training
- Membership in a flying club or connection to general aviation
- Studies in business, marketing, engineering, aviation management or a related field
- Initial experience in sales, customer service, marketing or social media
- German language skills
