Marketing specialists will continue to own technical and channel execution. This role will own the planning, coordination, management, accountability, and execution system connecting those areas. This position reports to the Integrator and works closely with the Visionary, Leadership Team, Account Management, Client Operations, and Marketing specialists.
Lead and manage our remote Marketing team. Turn company goals into clear quarterly Sales and Marketing priorities. Run weekly meetings, one-on-one check-ins, and accountability follow-ups. Oversee the operating cadence and delivery visibility for client-facing marketing services.

and help establish the operating structure for future Sales hires. Maintain simple scorecards and reports that show what is working and where improvement is needed.
Coordinate with leadership, Account Managers, Client Operations, Marketing specialists, future Sales hires, and other delivery teams to ensure both BLC initiatives and client-facing marketing work are executed consistently. Improve workflows, documentation, communication, and follow-through. Make sure projects are completed accurately, on time, and at a high standard.
Partner with Client Operations to ensure client-facing marketing work is properly scoped, prioritized, assigned, tracked, and delivered. As the Client Operations function develops, this role will retain ownership of marketing team execution, capacity, quality, and performance, while Client Operations supports the broader client-delivery workflow and cross-functional coordination. The Sales and Marketing teams have clear quarterly priorities, owners, deadlines, and measurable outcomes.
Client-facing Marketing work has clear ownership, capacity visibility, deadlines, and accountability. Leadership has reliable visibility into Marketing performance, the sales funnel, client-delivery risks, and revenue opportunities. Sales and Marketing operate as one connected commercial system.
Weekly meetings, scorecards, and accountability follow-ups result in clear decisions and completed actions. Marketing specialists have clear direction without unnecessary micromanagement.
Experience managing a Marketing, Sales and Marketing, growth, demand generation, or similar commercial team. Direct experience leading remote employees, contractors, or specialists. Strong understanding of the Sales and Marketing funnel. Ability to connect Marketing activity to measurable business results.
Experience building calendars, workflows, scorecards, project plans, or accountability systems. Strong organization, communication, prioritization, and follow-through.
Experience working with founders, executives, or entrepreneurial leadership teams.
Experience coordinating Marketing delivery across Account Management, Client Operations, Sales, and specialist teams.
Ability to balance internal growth priorities with client-facing delivery commitments and team capacity. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Comfort working in a fast-moving company where priorities may change as the business grows.
Helpful Experience

Familiarity with High Level CRM software (or similar), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, CRM systems, and Jira project management tools. Working knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, social media, email Marketing, content, landing pages, and Marketing automation.
Experience supporting webinars, partnerships, Sales enablement, lead follow-up, or service launches.
Experience overseeing client-facing Marketing delivery in an agency, professional services company, or recurring-service business.
Experience managing team capacity, delivery risks, client commitments, and cross-functional handoffs.
Experience working with Account Management or Client Operations teams. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Trello, Ninety, or similar project and accountability systems. You do not need to be the deepest technical expert in every Marketing channel.
We care more about your ability to lead people, organize execution, understand the funnel, and turn plans into measurable results. You will not be expected to personally execute every campaign, manage every client conversation, or close every Sales opportunity. See problems as opportunities to improve the system.
Want to help build something rather than simply maintain it.
Salary of $2,800-$3,500 per month, based on experience. Quarterly performance premio opportunities. Paid time off and floating holidays. Full-time remote work. Monday-Friday schedule, generally 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Central Time, with possible flexibility based on location. Professional growth and leadership development opportunities.
