Role Description The Production Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Milan, responsible for supporting daily manufacturing activities on the shop floor. This role includes operating production machinery and equipment, monitoring production lines, and performing basic preventive checks to ensure smooth and efficient output.

The Production

Operator will follow established work instructions, adhere to safety standards, and assist in maintaining product quality through regular inspections and documentation.



Day-to-day tasks also involve collaborating with team members, reporting issues or deviations promptly, and participating in continuous improvement and training initiatives. The role requires a hands-on approach, reliability, and a strong focus on precision and productivity.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Machine Operation and working with Production Lines.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control and basic inspection techniques.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for effective coordination with supervisors and team members.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Training, including willingness to learn new processes and support knowledge sharing.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferably with precision components or metalworking.
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions, safety guidelines, and production documentation.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in manufacturing or mechanical fields is an advantage.
