Sentinel Diagnostics, leader in the Development and Production of Diagnostic Kits for Clinical Chemistry, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Chromatography and Rapid Tests, in order to expand the PM Team, is looking for a:

About the Position We are looking for a highly motivated and scientifically driven Product Manager to join our Product Management team and support the strategic growth of Sentinel Group's diagnostic portfolio.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing products across multiple diagnostic areas, including:

Clinical Chemistry & Immunochemistry

Fecal Immunochemical Testing (FIT)

Chromatography

Lateral Flow Rapid Tests

Acting as the bridge between the market and the organization, the Product Manager will work closely with R&D;, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Sales and Marketing teams to identify market opportunities, drive innovation, support product development, and ensure successful product positioning and commercialization worldwide.

Key Responsibilities Product Lifecycle Management Manage assigned products throughout their entire lifecycle, from concept and development to launch, growth, and phase-out

Define and execute product strategies aligned with corporate objectives and market needs

Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for portfolio optimization and expansion

Develop and maintain product roadmaps and business plans

Analyze market trends, customer needs, healthcare dynamics, and competitive activities to identify business opportunities

Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their impact on the diagnostic market

Support strategic decision-making through market research and business intelligence activities

Contribute to the definition of product positioning, differentiation strategies, and value propositions





New Product Development Gather and translate customer, clinical, and commercial needs into product requirements and design inputs

Lead Product Management activities within cross-functional product development projects

Collaborate with R&D; teams to ensure that new products address unmet market needs and customer expectations

Support product verification, validation, performance evaluation, and market readiness activities

Scientific and Clinical Support Develop scientific content to support product development, launches, training, and commercial activities

Organize and coordinate product evaluations, and scientific collaborations

Support the preparation of scientific publications, posters, abstracts, white papers, and congress presentations

Analyze scientific literature and translate clinical evidence into product value and customer benefits

Collaborate with Marketing and Communication teams to define and execute product launch strategies

Provide scientific and marketing support to sales teams, distributors, and business partners

Develop product presentations, training programs, marketing materials, and competitive analyses

Deliver product training to internal and external stakeholders

KOL and Scientific Network Management Establish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, laboratories, academic institutions, and scientific partners

Coordinate product evaluations, clinical studies, advisory boards,



and collaborative research activities to support product development and market adoption

Represent the company within the scientific and diagnostic community

Create and maintain end-user documentation, including product guides, application notes, and technical documentation

Draft and distribute technical communications and product updates to customers and distributors

Collaborate with Quality and Regulatory Affairs teams on post-market surveillance activities

Review customer feedback, complaints, and field performance data to identify improvement opportunities

Industry Representation Represent the company at national and international congresses, trade shows, workshops, and scientific meetings

Conduct customer visits and support interactions with strategic partners and distributors worldwide

Requirements Master's Degree or equivalent in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Laboratory Sciences, or a related Life Science discipline

Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management within the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) or Medical Device industry

Strong understanding of the diagnostic market and laboratory workflows

Experience supporting product development and product launch activities

Ability to interpret scientific literature and clinical data

Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills

Strong communication and presentation capabilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Fluent written and spoken English

Availability for international travel
