Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Systems & Compliance

- Implement and enforce overseas financial policies, accounting procedures, and internal control standards, ensuring full alignment with Group requirements.
- Lead the regional budgeting process, monitor performance against targets, and provide variance analysis with actionable improvement recommendations.
- Oversee local tax filings, compliance matters, and day-to-day communications with tax authorities; support the handling of tax audits and contribute to the development of a financial risk early-warning mechanism.

2. Financial Systems & Reporting

- Participate in the maintenance, enhancement, and local configuration of SAP and other financial systems.
- Prepare regional financial statements, consolidation data, and various management reports, ensuring timely and accurate submission to headquarters.
- Support annual audits, BOI audits, transfer pricing documentation, and other compliance-related projects.

3. Treasury & Operational Support

- Execute cash flow planning, monitor local fund movements, and support cross-border fund allocation activities.
- Drive timely customer collections and manage overdue accounts receivable follow-up.
- Provide financial data analysis and professional input for regional investment or M&A; projects as needed.

4. Internal & External Collaboration

- Act as a finance business partner, collaborating closely with sales, supply chain, HR, and other functions to optimize business processes.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other professional service providers to maintain sound working relationships.





Qualifications: 1. Basic Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of finance experience, with at least 2 years in an overseas finance management role within a manufacturing or multinational corporate environment. Experience in establishing or scaling up overseas finance functions is a plus.
- Valid work authorization / local nationality required.
- Fluent in Italian and proficient in Chinese (Mandarin) ; overseas study or work experience is preferred.

2. Professional Knowledge

- Solid understanding of local Italian accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Familiarity with Chinese Accounting Standards (CAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification is an advantage.

3. Core Competencies

- Strong analytical skills with proven capabilities in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control.
- Practical knowledge of cross-border tax, foreign exchange, and treasury risk management.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and proficiency in MS Office applications; experience in finance digitalization projects is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and process improvement mindset.

4. Personal Attributes
