YellowSquare is looking for a Night Porter - Receptionist for its Hostel in Florence.

We are looking for a candidate who enjoys a fast paced atmosphere, who is passionate about hospitality and professional in providing the best experience to our guests.

The Tasks

- Dealing with bookings;
- Completing Check-in and Check-out procedures;
- Preparing bills and taking payments;
- Patrol and secure hallways, common areas, entrances and other locations of the Hostel;
- Dealing with complaints or problems;

Requirements:
- Previous experience in similar role, at least 2 years experience
- Teamwork: ability to collaborate within a team and other departments;
- Flexibility: working time and hours;
- Excellence in customer service;
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English;
